Bollywood Life Gossip is an independent entertainment publication covering Hindi cinema and the wider Indian film industry. Editorial decisions, fact-checking and publication are handled by our in-house editorial team, and the publication as a whole is accountable for everything published here. Original content
Every article is written and edited in our own words. We do not copy, scrape or republish content from other publications. We use industry sources, official announcements and public statements as inputs, and produce original reporting, context and commentary around them.
Sourcing and verification
- We prioritise official sources: verified social accounts, press releases, studios, and on-record statements.
- We separate what is confirmed, what is reported by other outlets, and what is rumoured. These are labelled differently and never presented as the same thing.
- Claims about a person’s relationships, health, finances or private life are held to a higher bar: two independent sources, or we do not publish.
- We attribute information to its source and link out where that genuinely helps the reader.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help with research, drafting and sub-editing. No article is auto-generated and published without review. A human editor verifies the facts, sets the editorial angle and approves every piece before it goes live, and that editor is accountable for it. We do not publish machine-translated or spun content.
Authorship and bylines
Articles are published under the Bollywood Life Gossip masthead rather than individual author names. This is a deliberate editorial choice: our stories are researched, written and checked collaboratively, and the publication takes collective responsibility for them. Every article carries a publish date, and significant updates carry a visible “last updated” date so you can always tell how current a story is.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and openly. Corrections are made on the article itself and, where the error was material, noted at the foot of the piece rather than quietly edited away. To request a correction, email bollywoodlifegossip@gmail.com with the article link and the detail in question. We aim to respond within three working days.
Advertising and independence
We earn revenue through advertising (including Google AdSense) and may use affiliate links, which can earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Advertising never influences our editorial coverage, and advertisers get no say in what we publish or how we cover them. Any sponsored content is clearly labelled as such.
Respect and sensitivity
We report on public figures responsibly. We do not publish private, defamatory or unverified harmful claims, we do not speculate about anyone’s health or sexuality, and we do not use paparazzi material obtained intrusively. We report on people’s work and their public lives, and we respect the dignity of everyone we write about.
Images and copyright
We publish only images we own, have licensed, or that carry a licence permitting commercial reuse, such as Creative Commons material and official press-kit photography, with attribution recorded wherever the licence requires it. We do not rely on a fair-use or fair-dealing argument to publish photographs of people. If you believe an image here has been used without the right permission, tell us and we will remove it while we check: see our DMCA / Copyright page.
